A useful fit for

Compare this exact EX-4s+ configuration if an indoor-cycle frame, integrated 15.6-inch screen and at least 32 listed magnetic settings are priorities, and the published 300 lb maximum fits the requirement. The measurements come from the identical retailer item/model code on its Canadian listing, so verify the precise US offer before using them for placement or delivery.

The main tradeoff

The exact Costco US offer was unavailable when checked, and the current Echelon Connect Bikes collection did not list this model. App evidence names Echelon Fit, not the finder's Explore the World, JRNY or Zwift choices. The manual publishes a 300 lb limit and adjustable seating/handlebar controls but no rider-height range; dimensions are carried only with an explicit same-model-code cross-border caveat, and package terms must be checked.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Does the EX-4s+ meet an indoor-cycle request at a 300 lb minimum?

Yes for these documented screens: the model-specific manual identifies a seated exercise cycle and states a 300 lb maximum, while the exact US Costco offer names the EX-4s+ model code. It meets a 300 lb floor and fails a 305 lb floor. That is a published operating limit, not an individual fit or safety assessment.

What does the 15.6-inch EX-4s+ screen actually change?

The exact item listing and the model manual identify a 15.6-inch HD touchscreen, and the US offer says it flips 180 degrees for off-equipment sessions. That gives this configuration a built-in viewing surface rather than the separately supplied phone/tablet arrangement on some cycle models. It does not establish which memberships or individual classes a future seller includes; verify the package and ongoing terms.

Can I use the EX-4s+ in a 55-inch by 20-inch room-body screen?

The same Costco item/model code publishes a 54.3 x 19.9 x 48.8 inch body and 105 lb machine weight on its Canadian page, so those listed measurements fall just inside 55 by 20 inches. Costco's US page confirms item 2622002 and model ECHEX-4s-15-C but does not show those dimensions; verify the actual US seller carton and bike measurements before buying. The manual separately asks for access clearance, so the body alone is not the room required.

Does an Echelon Fit account establish Explore the World, JRNY or Zwift compatibility?

No. The manual describes Echelon Fit account and class setup, but that is not one of the finder's named app choices. Echelon Support says Echelon Fit does not currently integrate with Zwift; the EX-4s+ sources do not establish Explore the World or JRNY. Leave those app choices unselected unless a model-and-service-specific source confirms them.

The EX-4s+ is a seated studio-style cycle with an integrated 15.6-inch screen, but its exact offer and package need closer checking than the model name alone suggests.

This is a source-based assessment, not a hands-on test. The identity bridge is unusually useful: Echelon Support's manual article names the Connect EX-4s+ and links an 84-page trilingual manual whose cover says EX-4s+ and whose closing English warranty panel identifies model ECHEX-4S-15-C, revision 052521. Costco's US page separately lists an EX-4s+ Connect Bike under that same model code and item 2622002. The exact offer page displayed “Unavailable” when checked on October 31, 2026. That is a dated seller state, not proof the bike is discontinued or unavailable elsewhere. The manual's code and retail offer separate this model from the Connect 4s / EX-4s-10, which has a different SKU and must not inherit its facts.

A screen-equipped indoor cycle, not an app-free screen

The manual and the exact listing describe a conventional seated indoor cycle. The US retailer page specifies a 15.6-inch HD touchscreen, 32 magnetic resistance levels, and a screen that flips 180 degrees for off-equipment workouts. That makes its console a meaningful difference from a device-holder arrangement: the EX-5, for example, uses a separately supplied phone or tablet, while this listing describes a built-in display. The panel and training service are separate decisions, though. The manual walks through an Echelon Fit account and class connection; the US Costco bundle page says its particular package included one year of Echelon Premier. Do not assume every EX-4s+ seller bundle includes the same membership, or that the trial tells you the future plan price or terms. Check those terms on the exact offer.

Costco's exact US listing advertises 32 levels of magnetic resistance. The manual itself shows a turn-to-adjust knob and an emergency stop, and says pulling the stop halts the pedals; it does not enumerate the levels. A numbered scale gives a useful screen for someone who insists on at least 32 listed settings, but it is not a cross-brand measure of how hard or smooth the workout feels. Echelon Fit is not one of the finder's named choices (Explore the World, JRNY or Zwift). Echelon Support says its app does not currently integrate with Zwift; the EX-4s+ records reviewed here do not establish Explore the World or JRNY compatibility.

Adjustment and entry matter more than the screen size

The manual shows a vertically adjustable seat post, a fore-aft sliding saddle, and a vertically adjustable handlebar post. It gives no travel distances, rider-height range or promise that the saddle and reach will suit a particular person. The Costco US page describes a padded bullhorn handlebar and vented competition-style seat. Those descriptions distinguish the cockpit from an upright commuter-style bike, but they do not prove comfort. If rider position is decisive, verify adjustment at the exact unit or obtain manufacturer guidance rather than treating the word “adjustable” as a personal-fit measurement.

Pedal and accessory details also deserve a package check. The manual's parts list includes the screen and tablet mount, a power adapter, pedals, a dumbbell holder and two bottle holders; it does not establish that weights come with the bike. A Costco Canada page for the same item number and model code describes SPD-compatible adjustable toe-cage pedals and lists two bottle holders. Confirm the US package contents, shoe-clip setup and any accessories before ordering. The retailer's one-year membership statement is specific to its named offer, not proof of a standing feature across sellers.

Room screening: the published numbers are not clearance

The Canadian listing for item 2622002 / model ECHEX-4S-15-C publishes a 54.3 x 19.9 x 48.8-inch body and 105-pound product weight. The Costco US page confirms the same model and item code but does not reproduce those dimensions, so treat them as same-model-code figures to verify against the precise US seller and delivery package. On the listed numbers, the body is under a 55-inch length cap and a 20-inch width cap, but not a 54-inch length cap or a 19-inch width cap. These narrow margins make a real measurement worthwhile.

The manual separately recommends two feet of space around the bike and specifies a minimum 0.5 m / 19.7 in at at least one side and either in front or behind. That guidance is not the product's body size, and it is not a complete mounting, dismounting, movement, screen-use or delivery route. Measure the intended space and doors; confirm assembly, stairs and disposal arrangements with the seller.

Who should shortlist this configuration?

It merits comparison when an indoor-cycle posture, integrated rotating display, 32 listed magnetic settings and a 300-pound maximum are part of the brief. The model-specific manual states the 300-pound limit. It meets a 300-pound minimum exactly and does not meet 305 pounds; that manufacturer maximum is an operating limit, not an individualized comfort or safety judgment. Its 15.6-inch screen sits between smaller Echelon display arrangements and larger screens on other bikes, but size alone says little about class selection, app service, device support or resistance behavior.

Consider a different reviewed bike if you need a recumbent backrest, moving air-bike handles, a named Explore the World or JRNY route, or confirmed Zwift support. Also compare the current Echelon models rather than assuming that the EX-4s+ is the only way to get an integrated screen. If you find an EX-4s+ offer, match its physical label to ECHEX-4S-15-C and confirm the display, membership bundle, measurements, pedals, warranty and return conditions. The Costco page was unavailable at review time; no price, stock, rating or buyer experience is asserted here.
